The recipe that I am looking for is from a small booklet with milk and I think it was a diet book featuring Karen Kain. If anyone has the recipe please post it.I need a recipe for Meatball Stroganoff?
This is meatball stroganoff but NOT from that book.
Have your chosen meatballs prepared and set aside.
Boil two cups water with one tablespoon beef bouillon (or according to beef taste you want) thicken this with corn starch slurry ( 2 T. corn starch to 2 T. water ) Remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup sour cream and stir well and now add the balls. If the meatballs were cold then you will need to heat this again slowly over low heat after adding them to this sauce. Adjust your seasonings ; salt, pepper, bouillon.
Serve over any pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.I need a recipe for Meatball Stroganoff?
fry the meat ball then place them in a roaster pan then add mushroom soup and maybe a onion to it let it back for a half hour on 350 good !!
