I need a meatball recipe people please get it to me quick.?

short but detailed step by step instructions please.I need a meatball recipe people please get it to me quick.?
mix in a large bowl 2-3 lbs of ground beef or a mix of pork


and beef with 1-2 eggs, 1 cup of italian bread crumbs, some


garlic and onion powders, little salt and pepper and parsley.


mix together then make into tiny egg shaped balls, then either brown in oil and onions or bake in the oven to brown.


then put them into your sauce and let finish cooking in your


sauce.


some people put in either/ or both little milk or parmesan


cheese, i do not. these are not cocktail meatballs but for

Old-Fashioned Meatball Stew





INGREDIENTS:





2 tablespoons minced dried onion


1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs, plain or seasoned


1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


2 eggs, lightly beaten


salt and pepper, about 1/4 tsp. each, or to taste


1 1/2 to 2 lbs ground beef


2 tablespoons vegetable oil


4 to 5 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed


1 or 2 carrots, sliced about 1/2-inch thick


2 ribs celery, chopped, or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried celery flakes


1 medium onion, chopped coarsely


1 can (10oz) cream of mushroom soup (can use Healthy Request or other low-fat)


1 can (10oz) tomato soup


PREPARATION:





Mix eggs with dried onion, bread crumbs, Worcester sauce, and salt and pepper. Blend meat in and mix thoroughly. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Form meat mixture into meatballs about 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter; brown on all sides in hot oil. While meatballs are browning, place the potatoes, carrots, and celery in a Crock Pot (3 1/2-quart or larger). Using a slotted spoon or spatula, place browned meatballs on the vegetables. Quickly brown the onions and add to the Crock Pot. Pour soups over all; cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours (3 1/2 to 5 on high). Taste and adjust seasonings before serving.


Serves 4 to 6.





Cranberry Cocktail Meatballs





INGREDIENTS:





2 pounds ground beef


1 cup cornflake crumbs


2 eggs


1/2 cup chopped, fresh parsley


1/3 cup ketchup


3 tablespoons minced onions


2 tablespoons soy sauce


1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sauce:


16 ounces can, jellied or whole cranberry sauce


12 ounces chili sauce


1 tablespoon brown sugar


1 tablespoon lemon juice


PREPARATION:





In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cornflake crumbs, parsley, eggs, ketchup, onion, soy sauce, garlic powder and pepper. Mix well and form into small balls, from 1/2'; to 3/4'; in diameter.


Place in a casserole or baking pan. Heat oven to 300掳. Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. Cook stirring over medium heat until smooth. Pour hot sauce over meatballs in casserole. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size of the meatballs. Transfer to slow cooker and keep on low for serving.








Crockpot Swedish Meatballs





INGREDIENTS:





1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef


1/4 pound Jimmy Dean sausage (or favorite ground sausage)


1 egg


1/4 cup ketchup


2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce


1 tablespoon dry mustard


1 tablespoon soy sauce


1 clove garlic, minced


2 teaspoons salt


1 teaspoon pepper

Sauce:


2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup


1 cup sour cream


1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


1 dash Tabasco sauce


1/4 cup milk


PREPARATION:





Mix all ingredients together for the meat mixture. Shape into small meatballs and place on baking sheet or jelly roll pan. Make sure you use a pan with sides. Bake at 375掳 45 to 60 minutes, or until browned. In a medium bowl mix sauce ingredients together.


Place meatballs and sauce in a crockpot. Cook on HIGH for 30 to 45 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through. May be used as main dish served over rice or noodles or as an appetizer served with toothpicks.

Italian Meatballs


INGREDIENTS:


3 pounds lean ground beef


5 tablespoons ground oregano


5 tablespoons dried parsley, crushed


1 clove garlic, chopped


1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix


2 cups Italian-style dry bread crumbs


3 (28 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce





DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10x15 inch jelly-roll pan.


In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, oregano, parsley and garlic. Mix in onion soup mix and seasoned bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly.


Using a 1 ounce scoop, scoop and shape the meat mixture into balls. Place in the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.


In a large pot over high heat, bring the spaghetti sauce to a boil and add cooked meatballs. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 hours.
Meatball Appetizers





INGREDIENTS:


1/4 cup milk


2 tablespoons dried bread crumbs


1 tablespoon minced onion


1/2 pound lean ground beef


2 tablespoons water


2 tablespoons soy sauce


1 tablespoon vegetable oil


2 teaspoons white sugar


1/2 clove crushed garlic


1/4 teaspoon ground ginger





DIRECTIONS:


Combine the milk, dry bread crumbs, and chopped onion. Add meat. Mix well.





Shape into 3 dozen small balls. Place in a shallow baking pan.





Blend water, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Pour over meatballs. Let stand 1 hour. Stir once or twice.





Bake meatballs in sauce, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot in chafing dish.








BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs





INGREDIENTS:


1 1/2 pounds ground beef


1 egg, lightly beaten


1 cup quick cooking oats


6 1/2 ounces evaporated milk


1 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon pepper


1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


1 tablespoon chili powder


1/2 cup chopped onion


1 cup ketchup


1/4 teaspoon minced garlic


1 cup brown sugar


1/4 cup chopped onion


1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring





DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.





In a bowl, mix beef, egg, oats, evaporated milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and 1/2 cup onion. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and arrange in a single layer in the baking dish.





In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, garlic, sugar, 1/4 cup onion, and liquid smoke. Pour evenly over the meatballs.





Bake uncovered 1 hour in the preheated oven, until the minimum internal temperature of a meatball reaches 160 degrees F (72 degrees C).








Valentine Meatballs





INGREDIENTS:


1 cup shredded Swiss cheese


1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms


2 pounds lean ground beef


2 (1 ounce) envelopes dry onion soup mix





DIRECTIONS:


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).





In a medium bowl, toss together the cheese and mushrooms. In a separate bowl. mix together the ground beef and onion soup mix. Divide the beef into 12 to 16 balls, then form them into small, thin heart shaped patties. Press an indention into the center of half of the hearts, and fill with the cheese and mushrooms. Place another patty on top, and press to seal the hearts around the filling. Place in a shallow baking dish.





Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until beef is well done, and filling is hot.
This is my Gram's recipe and she NEVER uses measurements...


I've tried it several times and they always come out great.

2 lbs hamburger


1 cup italian bread crumbs


1/4 cup milk


3 eggs


couple shakes of dried parsley


few shakes garlic salt


ground black pepper


1 med onion chopped


couple ';squirts'; of ketchup


2 handfulls parmesan cheese





Mix all together, roll into small-medium size balls


Bake 350*F for 1/2 hour
