the best i have done in my restaurant is this..


groung beef and pork 50/50


fresh garlic


fresh oregano.


diced hot cherry peppers


bread crumb


eggs


salt%26amp;pepper..


i will not give you the quantities..sorry!


but you can have fun with your own..


i will tell you this..i roast mine in the oven at 450 degrees F..till cooked through,,then simmer with fresh tomatoe(skinned and seeded ),basil.more oregano and garlic of course and tomatoe juice..
