I take ground beef ,Italian sausage and minced garlic , minced onion and some seasonings add fine bread crumbs and 1 or 2 eggs depending on how much your planning on making . Mix well shape into nice size balls, I let mine rest for at least a 1/2 hour then I bake them for 25 min in a 350 oven turn once drain well and add to sauce simmer for about 15 minutes. You can make subs or serve over spaghetti. You can also deep fry these meat balls in a deep pan of veg oil only need to fry for 3min in 350 oil drain and simmer in sauce. What is a good meatball recipe? that must fry the meatballs first?
frying the meatballs keep them together in the sauce just use a good meatloaf recipe and just add a few more breadcrumsbs so that the meat sticks together when you form and roll those meatballs bueno appetit also try putting a little italian spices and a small chopped onion in the mix and maybe some parmesian cheese too
Mix equal portions of ground beef, pork, and veal with chopped onons, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley,Italian style Bread Crumbs,1 egg and 1/2 cup of milk.Mix ingredients by hand and form into a ball. Then pan fry in extra virgen olive oil on low heat.
take 1lb. of ground beef. add bread crumbs an egg, salt and pepper. add diced onion and italian seasoning. shape into balls. to cut back on grease you can bake them before adding them to spaghetti sauce. you can also add garlic powder.
Mmmmm meatballs. Mix ground beef with an egg, salt, onion, garlic, and italian bread crumbs. Roll into balls. Brown them in a frying pan and them finish cooking them in the sauce.
