oven temp. 350掳F
1 lb. ground beef or 1/2 lb. beef and 1/2 lb. pork
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning or oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 3/4 inch balls.
Place meatballs in 15x10 inch jelly roll pan.
Place in 350掳F oven for 20 minutes, or until browned.
