Does Anyone Have a Good Meatball Recipe For Meatball Sandwiches?

i noticed that you had a couple of foods that you wanted a recipe for. i suggest allrecipes.com. the recipes they have have been graded by hundred, and sometimes thousands of people who tried the recipe. they have conversions for portions, shows you what people did or did not like...all over great website. here is a meatball recipe that i personally enjoyed,

Here is my Italian uncle Tony's (his mamma's) recipe for juicy meatballs. 1 lb ground beef 1 lb ground pork 3 eggs 1 c cracker crumbs 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 4 cloves crushed garlic 1 1/2 tsp dried basil 3/4 c grated parmesan or romano cheese Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. Bake or fry to brown. Add to sauce. For a softer meatball, and my personal favourite, do not brown meatballs. Drop directly into simmering sauce and cook 1 hour. Mmmmm! Now I have to go make some!Does Anyone Have a Good Meatball Recipe For Meatball Sandwiches?
My meatballs:

1 lb ground beef

finely diced onion (to taste) maybe 1/2 cup

finely diced or pressed garlic (1-2 cloves)

herbs like basil, oregano, or an italian mix

1 egg

bread crumbs

add everything but bread crumbs and mix. Then slowly add bread crumbs until the meatballs hold together. Then sear in a pan and then cook in the tomato sauce or in the oven until cooked through.
THE SECRET TO JUICY MEATBALLS IS SOAKING THE BREAD IN MILK FIRST BEFORE COMBINING IN THE MEAT. PUT 2 SLICES OR BREAD IN A BOWL POUR MILK OVER TO SOAK.

IN A SEPARATE BOWL COMBINE 1 1/2 LBS OF GR. BEEF (OR COMBINATION BEEF AND PORK)

ADD - 1/4 CUP MINCED ONION

2 TBSP. TOMATOE PASTE

ONE EGG

2 TBSP. ITALIAN SEASONING

ADD SOAKED BREAD AND COMBINE EVERYTHING. SHAPE MEATBALLS INTO DESIRED SIZE AND BAKE ON A COOKIE SHEET FOR ABOUT 20 - 30 MINUTES (DEPENDING ON SIZE) AT 350 DEGREES.

ADD TO YOUR FAVOURITE SAUCE AND THERE YA GO!
snake meat with eggs and fried rice is good.............
